Individualized Programming is our premium service, designed to enhance your physical and mental development in a tailored way.

We begin with a detailed assessment, based on biomechanical methods, to identify your strengths and areas to improve. In the first few weeks, we run tests and evaluations to define your starting point and build a plan truly made for you.

Your coach is by your side, offering continuous support. The plan adapts to your daily routine, competitions, or even injuries — and each month, you’ll have a check-in to review progress and realign your goals.
